Russian-Soviet Empires personnel policy in Azerbaijan in 1920-1930s

Hijran Gurbanov has sent to us the results of the investigations of Mr. Chingiz Neyman-zadeh. We'd like to remind that all of the people mentioned in the list are ethnically Armenians. These Armenians have ordered killing and repression of Azerbaijani intellectuals by pretending to be Bolsheviks in 1920-30s.

In a word, from 51 districts to 31, the leaders of the district branches of the NKVD were Armenians.

Gevorkov - Head Physician of the Baku Investigation Prison Hospital, G. Babakevhyan S. - Chief Physician of the Ganja Mixed Investigation Prison Hospital.

I think the consequences of the terror of the above-mentioned "fighters" for the "purity" of the ranks of the builders of communism we all feel so far.
