Müdafiə Nazirliyinin Mətbuat Xidmətinin rəis müavini polkovnik-leytenant Anar Eyvazov:
Rusiya Müdafiə Nazirliyinin erməni tərəfinə istinadən Azərbaycan Ordusunun bölmələri tərəfindən guya atəşin açılması nəticəsində sentyabrın 17-də Şuşa istiqamətində 2 erməni silahlısının yaralanması barədə yaydığı məlumat təəccüb və təəssüf doğurur.
Belə ki, haqqında bəhs olunan hadisə Azərbaycan Respublikası Müdafiə Nazirliyi nümayəndələrinin və Rusiya Federasiyasının Sülhməramlı kontinqentinin rəhbərliyinin birgə iştirakı ilə araşdırılıb.
Nəticə etibarilə, qeyd olunan tarixdə və göstərilən istiqamətdə bölmələrimiz tərəfindən hər hansı atəşin açılmadığı təsbit olunub.
Hər iki tərəfin iştirakı ilə araşdırılmış məlumatın sonradan tamamilə əks formada təqdim edilməsi anlaşılan deyildir.
Azərbaycan tərəfi üçtərəfli bəyanatın müddəalarına ciddi riayət etməklə ölkəmizin qanunlarına uyğun olaraq bölgədə sabitliyin təmin edilməsi və mümkün təxribatların qarşısının alınması istiqamətində səylərini davam etdirir.

Заместитель начальника пресс-службы Министерства обороны полковник-лейтенант Анар Эйвазов:
Заявление, сделанное Министерством обороны Российской Федерации со ссылкой на армянскую сторону, что два армянских вооруженных были ранены в направлении города Шуша 17 сентября якобы в результате обстрела подразделений Азербайджанской Армии, вызывает удивление и сожаление.
Таким образом, инцидент расследовался при совместном участии представителей Министерства обороны Азербайджанской Республики и руководства миротворческого контингента Российской Федерации.
В результате было установлено, что подразделения Азербайджанской Армии не открывали огонь в указанную дату в данном направлении.
Не определённым является то, что информация, исследованная с участием обеих сторон, впоследствии была представлена в совершенно другой форме.
Азербайджанская сторона продолжает свои усилия по обеспечению стабильности в регионе и предотвращению возможных провокаций в соответствии с законодательством нашей страны, строго придерживаясь положений трехстороннего заявления.

Deputy Chief of the Press Service of the Ministry of Defense, Lieutenant Colonel Anar Eyvazov:
The statement made by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation with reference to the Armenian side that two Armenian armed men were wounded in the direction of Shusha on September 17, allegedly as a result of shelling of the Azerbaijan Army Units, is surprising and regrettable.
Thus, the incident was investigated with the joint participation of representatives of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the leadership of the peacekeeping forces of the Russian Federation.
As a result, it was established that the Azerbaijan Army Units did not open fire on the indicated date in this direction.
It is not certain that the information studied with the participation of both parties was subsequently presented in a completely different way.
The Azerbaijani side continues its efforts to ensure stability in the region and prevent possible provocations in accordance with the legislation of our country, strictly adhering to the provisions of the Joint Statement.
